- To facilitate improved church systemic issues in areas like structure, strategy, administration, assimilation and retention (front, side and back doors) over 3 months.
- To provide professional advice that will catalyze and facilitate a robust implementable plan to effectively break growth barriers in churches and attain health over 6 months via data driven leadership and management.
- Supportive coaching and consulting for Lead pastors in person or online through a variety of tools, templates, processes, resources and one on one consulting advice.
