Dan has been in ministry leadership for the past 45 years. He served first as an assistant pastor. His responsibilities included youth pastor, minister of music, preschool director, sectional youth representative and District Youth Director. Subsequently took on the role of Lead Pastor. While lead pastor Dan also served as Superintendent of Windham Christian Academy (K-12), a Presbyter and Assistant District Superintendent.
After almost 25 years in the lead pastor role Dan was appointed Director of Church Development and moved to the denomination’s regional office in Portland Maine. His present responsibilities include new church planting, church health and leadership development. Dan earned his Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, is a Certified Leadership Coach and Certified Consultant. He specializes in leadership development organizational coaching and healthy church systems. Dan has worked with a variety of denominations, with large and small churches in rural, suburban and urban contexts. His experience, training and education give him a unique perspective enabling him to understand how to help pastors, leaders and congregations become all God intends them to be.
