John Edwards is passionate about God-honoring, Mission-driven and stewardship-oriented intentionality – one church at a time.

Believing that the ministry of each local congregation is vital to its community and beyond, His sense of call is to encourage, challenge, equip and “lift lids” for leadership teams. His heart is to engage “Aaron” and “Hur” support (Exodus 17:11-13) for pastors and church leaders through prayerful and real-time assessment, strategic facilitation. and implementation of practical action steps.

As a catalyst for church health and next-level ministry effectiveness, John’s experience as a consultant, coach and analyst spans more than three decades. Broad-based perspectives are offered through experience in church administration and ministry, nonprofit development, community relations and public information, with no “one-size-fits-all” recommendations. In the past few years, his assessments of ministry effectiveness have taken place in 15 states, while ensuring that each engagement is contextual to the designated community and region.

Within local and regional church and/or ministry settings of various sizes, John has been blessed to serve as a public speaker on development-related topics, administer planning, operations, and communications as an Executive Pastor, teach and facilitate adult and youth discipleship, lead worship, and direct youth camps.

Other professional experience includes serving as a two-state Community Relations and Development Director for an international ministry organization, while facilitating extensive board development and public relations.
