My Church Evaluation and Consultation Services:
- A church assessment is probably one of the critical areas in learning the personality of a local church health. The Apostle Paul responded with a reported church assessment for the Church at Corinth (1 Corinthians 1). Jesus does a major assessment of the seven historical churches (Revelation 2-7). Crucial conversations are very important in an anemic church.
- This area involves performing interviews, performance metrics, demographic studies, collecting church information, budgets, reviewing polity and performing congregational analysis.
- This area requires setting goals, objectives, methodology and scope of work. The church is expected to be an active participant by providing resources and administrative support. Timing and interventions are important discussion topics.
- Provide written observations, recommendations and presentations to church leadership.
