Ken has 38 years of leading and navigating churches and businesses to become successful for the vision that was laid before them. He has worked in ministry for some 25 years as a Senior pastor and Executive pastor with congregations ranging from 250-3000 people. He has also been in sales/marketing and management for major companies like Sears and UPS.
