David is committed to equipping local churches to minister in the healthiest way possible. He approaches consultations from the vantage and heart of a pastor, having spent more than 28-years in pastoral ministry. His leadership with Joni and Friends International Disability Center and experience as the father of three children living with disabilities, provides David with a unique perspective on how the church can include people of all abilities.
