Corporate Profile:
Crossing Capital Group, Inc.assists established congregations, judicatories, and seminaries throughout the United States to access multiple sources of capital through capital stewardship consulting and coaching experiences designed to most effectively leverage Faith, Intellectual, Social, and Human Capital (F.I.S.H.).
Crossing Capital Group offers facilitation services for congregational leaders looking to make social impact in their communities. We are uniquely called, skilled, and equipped to lead through an interactive process of discernment, and through coaching and advisory services, to move from thoughts and ideas to sustainable actions and influence. We partner with congregational leaders by guiding them through a series of conversations and exercises, based on our proprietary F.I.S.H. model. The intended outcome of these conversations is to maximize the value of their real estate development and/or ministry goals.
Richard Lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Crossing Capital Group currently has representatives or independent associates in New Jersey, Virginia, Washington D.C., Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Georgia.
To learn more about our F.I.S.H. model, Crossing Capital Group has published a book, by lead author and Crossing Capital Group CEO Rev. Dr. Sidney S. Williams, Jr., entitled Fishing Differently; Ministry Formation in the Marketplace, which is available on Amazon in both paperback and e-book formats.
If you are interested in joining the Crossing Capital Group team as a facilitator, please contact Richard to discuss qualifications and training requirements, and income opportunities.
