Rev. George Newman is the founder of NewMan Leadership Solutions. For the last several years, he has been privileged to help churches preaching and teaching seminars to meet the specific needs of the local church. George is a licensed minister with the UPCI, having served 21 years as a Staff Pastor in Memphis, TN, and 10 years as an Executive Pastor in Joliet, IL. Throughout these years in ministry to God and others, George has helped these churches grow in people, ministry, and finances. He has served as Youth Pastor, Leader, Ministerial Chairman, Associate Pastor, Ministry Development Pastor, Janitor, and other positions within the church. These skills learned allow him to share insights to speed others to reach their objectives.
The 501 (c)(3) organization is a non-profit consulting and coaching firm, committed to assisting the Christian community to achieve God’s plan individually and corporately. Ephesians 4:12 serves as the foundation scripturally for all efforts NewMan Leadership provides through a multi-faceted approach. PewLead focuses on individual service within the church. NewMan Leadership helps organizations and churches with strategy, leader development, and organization.
For churches, the partnership of the Society for Church Consulting resources and the application of the Focused Church Method allows our consultant(s) to provide a growth strategy that aligns the strengths of members and church to reach their neighborhoods and city in a manner pleasing to God.
