This is two Advanced Training Sessions by Drs. Chuck Lawless and John Ewart. Learn how to evaluate if a church is globally-minded, how to help pastors capture a global vision, and how to involve church members in the Great Commission task. You will also learn how to encourage pastors and leaders to develop and incorporate five stair-stepping missional abilities and practices. TRAINING TRACK #2: Five Critical Abilities for Missional Leadership in the Local Church
Intentional, biblical leadership is critical if the church is to join God on his mission to redeem the nations. In this session learn how to encourage pastors and leaders to develop and incorporate five stair-stepping missional abilities and practices. Be challenged to understand our true mission, to establish a biblical vision based on that mission, to evaluate andplan through bridges of leadership, to be effective in dealing with the change and conflict that may result and through it all, to pray with a missional heartset.
