Dr. Ethel Canty Bothuel [B’ THELL], an ordained minister (2012) and Associate Minister since 2005. She has over 40 years’ experience in ministry serving as preacher, teacher, worship leader, auxiliary ministry chaplain, minister of worship arts, and in other capacities to assist the senior pastor.

She is an entrepreneur and founder of The Center for Faith-Based Advancement, a church consulting practice to create excellence in ministry.

She has written many articles, devotionals, and blogs on matters of faith. Her writing includes a book written especially for Christians who seek to pursue and make progress in the vocation of ministry entitled, Preparing a Plain Path: Nurturing New Son and Daughter Ministers on their Christian Journey.

She is highly motivated, passionate, and faith-driven, effective in getting things done, manages in humility, and participates with others toward a common goal. She is passionate about the work of the Lord being done in a way that glorifies God, shows compassion for God’s people, and unifies the church.
